Scope and website operator
This Privacy Notice applies only to the public institutional website at clandestinolabs.com (the "Website"). The Website is operated by Clandestino Entertainment Group, LLC through its Clandestino Labs division.
For purposes of this notice, Clandestino Entertainment Group, LLC is the Website operator and controller. Clandestino Labs is an operating division, not a separate legal entity. The Website operates from Puerto Rico.
What this notice does not cover
This notice does not govern Musavox, Probatio, CEG Cultural Intelligence, other Clandestino Entertainment Group systems, or other Clandestino Entertainment Group websites. It also does not govern independent products, research activities, services, or websites that may have their own applicable notices and terms.
Public-site data practices
The Website is designed without accounts, a newsletter, a customer relationship management workflow, lead forms, advertising pixels, third-party marketing trackers, or user-generated content. It does not ask visitors to submit personal information through the public Website.
The Website uses Vercel Web Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights to understand aggregate traffic and real-user performance. We do not configure custom analytics events, advertising audiences, cross-site behavioral profiles, or marketing tags.
Hosting, analytics, and performance measurement
Vercel provides the Website's hosting, runtime, Web Analytics, Speed Insights, and platform observability. To deliver, secure, and operate the Website, Vercel may process basic technical request information such as IP address, browser or user-agent information, requested URL, timestamp, and infrastructure diagnostics. This notice does not state a specific retention period for that infrastructure information.
Vercel Web Analytics records anonymous, aggregated page-view information without third-party cookies. Vercel describes its visitor identifier as a hash derived from the incoming request that is reset after 24 hours. The analytics service may process the page URL, referrer, timestamp, broad location, device type, browser, and operating-system information. Speed Insights collects Core Web Vitals and related page-performance measurements from visitors' devices. We do not intentionally send names, email addresses, form entries, account identifiers, or other direct identifiers through these services.
Cookies
The Website does not set a language-preference cookie; language is expressed in the URL. Vercel Web Analytics is configured without third-party analytics cookies. The Website does not use advertising cookies or marketing tags.
